Guided by more than two decades as a Professional Auctioneer and Fundraising Ambassador, Johnna has utilized her internationally acclaimed style of event-based fundraising to empower Nonprofit Organizations, Art Museums, and Foundations throughout the country.

With a degree in fine art, Johnna spent several years as an art and antiques auctioneer with the esteemed New Orleans based auction house, Neal Auction Company. In 2005, Johnna won the prestigious and coveted title of International Auctioneer Champion, providing her with the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association and serve as an instructor for various auction industry continuing education platforms throughout the country.

In 2006, Johnna obtained her Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) Designation, and in 2007, she became a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University - the most prestigious and honored institute within the auction industry.
In 2012, Johnna was invited to join the Benefit Auction Specialist Designation Committee, to assist in the development and writing of enhanced curriculum taught to future Benefit Auction Specialist course attendees. In partnership with the National Auctioneers Association and some of the fundraising auction industry's leading professionals, Johnna helped to rewrite the course curriculum for the Benefit Auction Specialist Designation. In addition to her work with the National Auctioneers Association, and Benefit Auction Specialist Designation Curriculum Committee, Johnna has served as an instructor at Reppert Auction School in Auburn, Indiana, and an instructor at the Advanced Auctioneer Academy in Phoenix, Arizona.
